About Behind Closed Doors
Does BCD always take place at the same place?
Behind Closed Doors has found its home in Ghent. For this edition, activities will take place across Van der Valk Hotel Gent and MeetDistrict Gent, located directly across from one another.
I’m not a customer of Easi. Can I still attend?
Absolutely. Behind Closed Doors is open to IT professionals, technology leaders and business decision-makers, whether you are already an Easi customer or not.
Is participation free of charge?
Yes. Participation in Behind Closed Doors is free of charge, but registration is required. Capacity for certain activities may be limited.
I can’t make it to this edition. When is the next BCD?
Behind Closed Doors is an annual Easi event. Future editions and related events will be announced through our usual Easi communication channels.

Make the day your own
Do I have to stay the whole day?
No. Behind Closed Doors is designed around a flexible hop-on, hop-off format. Choose the roundtables, workshops and other activities that are most relevant to you and build your own programme.
Can I bring a colleague?
Yes. Colleagues who fit the audience of the event are very welcome. We simply ask that each participant registers individually so we can prepare the event accordingly.
Will there be networking opportunities?
Definitely. Networking is an important part of Behind Closed Doors. You’ll have plenty of opportunities to connect throughout the day, during the sessions and breaks, and during After Hours at the end of the programme.
Who will I meet at Behind Closed Doors?
Expect a mix of IT professionals, technology partners, Easi experts, business leaders and end-customers. The goal is to bring different perspectives together around the same table.
Why are there end-customers among the speakers?
Because real-world experience matters. Customers can share what worked, what didn’t and what they learned along the way, adding an independent and practical perspective to the technology and expert viewpoints.

What language is used during the event?
The language may vary depending on the speaker, session and audience. Where relevant, the language of individual sessions will be indicated in the programme.
Is the event accessible by public transport?
Yes. The venues are accessible by public transport. We recommend checking the most convenient route for your departure point before travelling to Ghent.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available nearby, including underground parking. You can consult the parking plan before your visit.
Since I’m coming from far away, could I arrange a room at the hotel?
Yes. Hotel rooms are available at a special BCD rate. For now, please book your room directly with the hotel and mention Behind Closed Doors when making your reservation so the special rate can be applied.
