As Account Manager for the IT Solutions department, your mission is to use your commercial skills to manage a portfolio of clients, develop new business with existing clients and look for new sales opportunities

Responsibilities

After having followed an intensive training through our Sales Academy and having accompanied one of our Seniors in the field during his commercial meetings, you will have to :

  • Manage a portfolio of clients
  • Be the main point of contact for all matters relating to the management of customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term, trusting relationships with clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximise profits
  • Develop new business with existing customers and/or identify areas for improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Work with the Sales team to identify and develop opportunities
  • Assist in responding to specific and complicated customer requests, escalating issues where necessary
  • Achieving half-yearly targets (personal and team)

Profile

 

Must-have :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in management, business, economics or IT
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle several projects and clients at once, while maintaining attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation to C-levels
  • Proactive, autonomous and self-directed
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solution-oriented, focused on customer needs
