What does a Project Manager do?

As a Project Manager for Adfinity projects, you are the driving force behind the successful implementation of this fast-growing solution at our clients. You ensure that projects are managed from A to Z, monitor planning, budget, and scope, and coordinate both client and team toward a successful end result.

You work on multiple projects simultaneously, for clients in various sectors. Today you may be working for a client in the real estate sector, tomorrow for your favorite football team. Variety and dynamism are strengths you encounter every day in your work.

What are your responsibilities as a Project Manager?

At the start, you will receive in-depth onboarding from our Adfinity experts. After that, you will take ownership and be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and leading Adfinity implementations at our clients
  • Creating and monitoring project plans, deadlines, and budgets
  • Managing a consultancy team
  • Acting as the central point of contact for the client and managing expectations
  • Identifying risks and proactively adjusting where necessary
  • Organizing and facilitating steering committee meetings
  • Following up on deliverables and ensuring high-quality delivery
  • Supporting change management at the client
  • Reporting project progress to stakeholders

Who are we looking for as a Project manager?

Must have:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or IT
  • 2 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager within an ERP consultancy role
  • Structured and results-oriented, able to stay calm in projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong customer focus and communication skills: able to interact smoothly with both business and IT
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment with multiple projects and able to prioritize effectively
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities at clients and feed them back into the team
  • A valid category B driving license
  • Good command of English (project and client communication)

Nice to have:

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure complex questions clearly
  • Experience with stakeholder management at different levels (key users, management, IT)
  • A coaching mindset and willingness to guide consultants or junior team members
