Job description

As a Quality Engineer, your mission is to test our Smartsales and Rooftop solutions. Every 3 months, our developers release a new version of our software. This is where you come in: your role is to test these new versions on ios, Androïd and on the web before they are put into production. On a daily basis, you have a double role!

Your first role is not limited to testing if the updates work properly or not. It goes far beyond that! Your tester's eye will allow you to see if our solutions work in a logical, intuitive and ergonomic way. You need to be able to put yourself in the shoes of "all and sundry" when you test our applications. Your goal is to make them as user-friendly as possible. You work in close collaboration with our developers, analysts and designers and you all have the same goal: to make our applications evolve. You are the one who gives the green light for these new versions to become official.

In parallel to your first mission, you are the point of contact for our customers. As a tester of our applications, you know their functionalities better than anyone. So, who can be better placed than you to advise and guide our customers in case of questions and/or technical problems? You are at the center of our support service to follow up on customer requests and bugs that you forward to the right people. In this position, you follow up on these issues with the developers, consultants and the customer

Responsibilities

After a thorough training from our best experts in the field, you will have to :

  • Test new versions of our Smartsales and Rooftop solutions on ios, Android and the web before they are put into production
  • Determine if our solutions work logically, intuitively and ergonomically
  • Work closely with our developers, analysts, and designers with one goal in mind: to make our applications evolve
  • Be the point of contact for our customers to advise and guide them in case of questions and/or technical problems
  • Follow up on customer requests and bugs and escalate them to the appropriate people

Profile

 

Must-have :

  • Bachelor or Master's degree
  • Structured and organized work ethic
  • Ability to work with technically qualified people
  • Good customer relation skills
  • Good at simultaneous project management
  • Native Dutch/French
  • Maximum 2 years experience
