For several years, our Smartsales and Rooftop solutions have been growing continuously. We are therefore looking for a Quality Engineer, interested in mobile & web testing and customer support.
Every 3 months, our developers release a new version of our Smartsales and Rooftop software. This is where you come in: your role is to test these new versions on iOS, Android and the web before they are released.
Your first job is obviously not limited to testing whether the updates work properly or not. It goes far beyond that! Your tester's eye will enable you to see whether our solutions work logically, intuitively and ergonomically. You need to be able to put yourself in the shoes of our users and clients when you test our applications. Your aim is to make them as user-friendly as possible. You work closely with our developers, analysts and designers and you all have the same goal: to make our applications better. You are the one who gives the green light for these new versions to become official. As you can imagine, this is a big responsibility, but there's no reason why you wouldn’t be able to fulfil your mission brilliantly :-)
In addition to your first task, you are the point of contact for our customers. As a tester of our applications, you know their functionality better than anyone else. So who better to advise and guide our customers in case of questions and/or technical problems than you? You are at the centre of our support service, following up on customer requests and bugs and passing them on to the right people. In this position, you follow up on these points with the developers, consultants and the client.
- You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree
- You are fluent in French or Dutch. Bilingualism is an asset.
- No need for a technical background! Curiosity and resourcefulness are the key words for a Quality Engineer!
- A passion for new technologies is a real asset!
- No professional experience required. Maximum 1 or 2 years experience.
