Every year we recruit +/-75 colleagues for our different business lines. In your role of Recruitment Officer you look for candidates for all our core activities: consultancy, application development, networking & security and system engineering; but also sales, finance, marketing, legal and HR. 
You are responsible for the whole cycle from A to Z. From the intake of vacancies by our managers, tracking down candidates on LinkedIn or through campus recruitment, to the contract negotiations and onboarding of new colleagues at Easi. 

After on-the-job training, your duties will look like this:

  • You will proactively manage our various sources of inflow: social networks, Easi website, resume databases.... Be creative, we're sure we haven't tried everything!
  • You screen candidates & meet with about 20 potential colleagues every month
  • You follow up the selection process and support the managers in this
  • You write vacancies & prepare contracts
  • You take part in several job fairs throughout the year

With an eye on quality, you help Easi to improve its recruitment and selection processes:

  • Taking responsibility for the candidate experience: your role will be to turn every candidate into an Easi ambassador 
  • Developing your interview templates to improve the quality of our screening process
  • Regularly review, evolve and improve our working practices
  • Proactively follow up with multiple teams / managers to increase internal satisfaction
  • You will develop a dynamic that allows us to reduce the search time between the opening of a vacancy and the signing of the contract

You will not be alone. The recruitment team consists of 4 people. You will have regular follow-ups with your coach, your colleagues and will meet with your manager every week. Over time, you will gain autonomy to fully manage the recruitment processes: from the analysis of the manager's request to the onboarding of his/her new employee.


  • You have a bachelor's or master's degree
  • You have a first experience in recruitment
  • You are passionate about recruitment and aware of the current challenges it involves
  • You speak Dutch or French. As a Dutch speaking colleague your operating base will be Leuven, as a French speaking colleague it will be Nivelles
  • You are recognized by your friends as a persistent, social, extroverted person. In service of others, even (a little) commercially
  • You are proactive and result oriented, you are not used to wait for directives before taking action and proposing ideas
  • You have a desire to evolve as a team. You are the person with whom we enjoy discussing and working together. You like to join us on our team outings ;-)
