As Senior Customer & Administrative Officer for the IT Solutions department, your mission is to be one of the main points of contact, both internally and externally.

You follow up on customers and are available for their various requests. They consider you as their trusted person who finds solutions in all situations. You also coordinate the administrative part of the department and become the person of reference who is called upon for any organizational request.

After having followed a customized training on how we operate internally and with our customers, you will have to :

  • Plan and organize new employee onboardings, arrival lunches, training, meetings, annual briefings,...
  • Be responsible for the creation and continuous improvement of our presentations, PowerPoint,... for meetings and trainings
  • Ensure the smooth running of the technical teams' shifts by planning their schedules
  • Assist project/contract managers in planning for unforeseen events
  • Ensure a proactive and efficient follow-up with customers in the closing of their projects: payment, customer satisfaction,... Your goal is to put the human element at the center of the client/Easi relationship
  • Be the client's point of contact for logistical issues (maintenance, deliveries,...), communications in a broad sense
  • Generate reports & KPIs for our activities
  • Monitor customer satisfaction: annual surveys, call back,...
  • Take the lead on customer calls in case of overload of our teams to avoid making our customers wait
