As a UI designer, based on a functional and technical analysis, you transform complex products into simple, intuitive and user-friendly interfaces thanks to your graphic design skills, your pragmatic mind and your eye for detail.

Your role lies between that of the analysts and the developers. You collaborate with them to ensure that your design is transformed into a fully developed solution.

After having followed a training and based on a functional and technical analysis received by the UX Designer, you will have to : 

  • Transform complex products into simple, intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
  • Understand user needs:

     - You will collect feedback from our users and use it to design
     our interfaces

     - You are familiar with user research and information architecture

     - You conduct usability tests and ensure that your designs meet the expectations

  • Think about multiple use cases in your design and be imaginative about potential problems
  • Be able to speak/understand the language of analysts and developers to collaborate most effectively and produce quality work
  • Be able to understand and challenge UX/UI analysis
  • Master the art of "Belgian compromise" by finding pragmatic solutions when there are obstacles regarding development




  • Bachelor or Master in graphic design
  • Excellent graphic/interface design skills
  • Passive knowledge of English
  • Good knowledge of tools such as Adobe xd or Sketch, Figma, Invision, Marvel, Zeplin,...
  • Empathy: you understand our users as much as your fellow analysts, product managers, vendors and developers. You are able to put yourself in someone else's shoes and see things from their point of view
  • Attention to detail
  • Team player
  • Resourcefulness: you are not afraid to ask questions, challenge existing processes and seek new solutions and information
  • Optimization: you find a balance between what is best for the product and what is feasible on time and within budget
  • Be familiar with the guidelines that make good web and mobile design as we work on multi-platform products. Better yet: experience on both mobile and web projects
  • Minimum 1 year experience


  • Project management skills: ability to set a schedule and deadlines and stick to them
  • Affinity for working with development teams
  • Experience/competence in UX
