Junior Cloud Application Engineer

At Easi, we develop our own solutions and host them on Cloud2Be, our shared cloud platform.

Each solution has its own architecture, making our platform a rich and diverse technical environment: Windows Server, Linux, Docker, SQL Server, MySQL, and many others.

You’ll join the core team responsible for this hosting: we handle day-to-day client management on the platform, from setup to managing updates.

With a large number of clients and users, we face a twofold challenge: ensuring stability while continuously improving our processes and platform to maintain efficiency at scale.

That’s where you come in-both in day-to-day operations and in the platform’s evolution.

After this training, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the onboarding of new clients on Cloud2Be, from validating their environment through to their technical setup, before handing them off to the delivery teams.
• Planning and implementing updates to our solutions for all our hosted clients.
• Providing daily client support: support, analysis, and incident resolution.
• Improve and automate our processes to manage an ever-growing number of clients and users without compromising stability.
• Collaborate closely with the product, infrastructure, and implementation teams for our solutions.
• Contribute to the Cloud2Be roadmap: architectural evolutions and the integration of new Easi solutions onto the shared platform.
• Become a technical expert in hosting our solutions.

Must-have :

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT.
• A solid foundation in programming or scripting, and a desire to learn.
• An interest in the technical aspects of applications: installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
• A desire to work in a diverse technological environment, without limiting yourself to a single tech stack.
• A proactive mindset and the instinct to automate repetitive tasks.
• Team spirit, attention to detail, curiosity, and resourcefulness.

Nice-to-have :

• Experience with Windows Server and/or Linux.
• Knowledge of Docker.
• Experience with SQL Server or MySQL databases.
• Proficiency in a scripting language (PowerShell, Bash, Python, etc.).
• Good knowledge of English.
• Bilingualism in French and Dutch.
