Job description
As a Medior Account Executive within our IT Solutions department, your mission is to leverage your commercial and analytical skills to help clients grow.
You will identify their needs and weaknesses in their infrastructure and then design a tailored solution that elevates their business to the next level. In doing so, you’ll make the right choices for modern, high-performing, and effective IT solutions, both on-premise and in the cloud.

Responsibilities
1. Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Actively identify new customers and market opportunities.
- Establish direct contact with decision-makers and build strong relationships.
2. Needs Analysis & Qualification
- Conduct in-depth conversations to understand the client’s challenges.
- Collaborate with our presales and technical teams to develop tailored solutions aligned with their infrastructure and business objectives.
3. C-Level Presentation & Advisory
- Prepare personalized presentations and proposals.
- Strategically address client needs and deliver added value.
4. Negotiation & Contract Closing
- Define internal strategy and align on margins.
- Independently negotiate terms and finalize contracts.
5. Follow-Up & Relationship Management
- Work closely with project managers to ensure smooth handover to consultants.
- Build strong partnerships with manufacturers and suppliers (Dell, IBM, Arrow ECS, TechData, …).
6. Collaboration & Teamwork
- Collaborate intensively with colleagues (Presales, PM, System Engineers) to achieve shared objectives.
7. Targets & Growth
- Achieve biannual targets (individual and team).

Profile
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Economics, IT, Business, or a related field)
- Approximately 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT Infrastructure
- Strong affinity with IT and digitalization
- Independent, analytical, and results-oriented
- Excellent communication skills
Nice-to-have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Management, Business Administration, Economics, or IT
- Good command of French
- Ambitious and driven
- Strong negotiation skills
