As a Marketing Officer, you’ll play a key role in representing and growing our brand image through technical content and digital campaigns. You translate complex information into clear, engaging communication – through blog posts, whitepapers, videos, SEO-optimized web content, and targeted campaigns. You’ll also support our event managers with communication and coordination for our customer events.
You’ll be fully immersed in the world of marketing technology and contribute to our long-term strategy, alongside an enthusiastic team of experts. Your responsibilities will mainly include technical content creation (40%) and digital marketing (around 40%), with support for our customer events making up the remaining 20%.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborating with product, technical, sales, and other team members to stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities of our solutions.
- Ensuring accurate dissemination of knowledge to customers through Easi’s various communication channels, including user documentation, blog posts on the website, video tutorials, etc.
- Setting up and managing technical marketing initiatives that contribute to a stronger digital image for Easi: launching and managing SEA campaigns, SEO optimizations, and more.
- Writing technical manuals, whitepapers, and supporting content to help train new users.
- Reviewing and maintaining existing content created by colleagues.
- Supporting event organization in collaboration with the event team. You will assist with related communication: invitations, social media, website content, etc.
- Creating corporate and solution-based videos, from filming to editing and publishing on the appropriate channels.
- Forwarding leads that come through the website to the right colleagues, optimizing the process, and identifying new opportunities to generate even more leads.
- Organizing webinars (planning, content creation, distribution via social media, and repurposing the content for communication purposes).

Profile
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in Communication or (Digital) Marketing.
- You speak and write fluently in both Dutch and English.
- You’re a fast learner with a passion for technology and/or software and a desire to continuously learn about products and market trends.
- You have excellent organizational skills and value precise language and technical expertise, with the ability to quickly rewrite articles in your own words.
- You have solid knowledge of tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics (preferably GA4), Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager.
- You’re skilled in video editing and have hands-on experience with video production, from filming to editing and publishing (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut).
- You have a passion for the art and craft of writing – and you’ve got samples to prove it.
- You have 1–3 years of experience in a similar role or digital marketing environment, and you're flexible to work from our various locations and in the evenings during events.
