Junior AI Developer

As a Junior AI Developer, your mission is to contribute to the development, integration, and continuous improvement of software solutions incorporating AI / LLM components.
Your role is not limited to technical implementation: you will also participate in analyzing business needs, reflecting on solution architecture, and maximizing the value delivered to end users, with a pragmatic and impact-oriented approach.

After a progressive integration period, you will have a wide range of tasks:

• Develop and integrate AI / LLM solutions into business applications.
• Work with modern models (Transformers, embeddings, fine-tuning, RAG) and GPT / OpenAI-like ecosystems.
• Participate in the design and monitoring of data pipelines and model validation.
• Deploy models into production and ensure monitoring for quality, costs, and performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to build robust and maintainable solutions.
• Document practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Ensure best practices, security, bias management, and responsible AI usage.

Must-have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Data, or AI
• Proficiency in Python and AI/data libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Solid foundations in machine learning and applied statistics
• Practical knowledge of modern LLMs and their integration in business applications
• Sensitivity to code quality, maintainability, and robustness
• Business-oriented mindset and technical curiosity
• Proactive, organized, and a team player

Nice-to-have

• Deployment experience using Docker and Linux environments
• Experience or strong interest in Azure AI / Azure OpenAI
• Basic knowledge of deep learning and time-series models (LSTM, ARIMA, Prophet)
• Ability to synthesize and simplify technical concepts
• Interest in AI ethics, robustness, and solution sustainability
