IT company EASI takes over sector colleague van Helvoirt Automatisering B.V.. Current CEO Rudi van Helvoirt will stay on board and will help shape the daily management as Technical Director. The goal of the acquisition is to increase the capacity and flexibility of EASI in the Netherlands. 

In the Netherlands, EASI focuses primarily on security, cloud and infrastructure management for IBM Power and VMware (Intel) environments. "We are very pleased that Rudi will join the team in EASI in the Netherlands," says Thomas Van Eeckhout, CEO of EASI. Van Helvoirt has specific knowledge of IBM i, which makes it an interesting partner for us. They are a valuable addition to our service portfolio".

For the customers of both van Helvoirt and EASI this acquisition does not bring any noticeable changes. "Continuity is guaranteed," says Thomas Van Eeckhout. "Customers will remain in touch with their trusted person of contact. Physically we will move the existing van Helvoirt office to the EASI office in 's-Hertogenbosch".
