As part of its growth strategy in Luxembourg, Easi announces the acquisition of the Luxembourg-based company Anidris, which specializes in IT infrastructure. This move marks a new milestone in Easi’s development in Luxembourg, where the Belgian company has been active since 2001.
Strategic alliance to enhance IT expertise
Both Easi and Anidris have built strong partnerships with leading technology players such as DELL, IBM, and Cohesity, primarily focusing on IT infrastructure challenges. By joining forces, the two companies are deploying a strengthened and more competitive model that leverages their complementary strengths and respective expertise. This strategic alliance positions them as trusted partners in key areas such as hybrid infrastructure management, cybersecurity, and compliance with NIS2 and DORA regulations. Beyond their technological expertise and partnerships, Easi and Anidris also share strong values and common ambitions.

€15 million investment
This acquisition follows Easi’s continued growth in Luxembourg, after acquiring data specialist Kozalys in 2022. Today, Easi supports more than 80 clients in the region through its Adfinity and Spoom software solutions, backed by a local team of data experts. In total, Easi has invested €15 million in Luxembourg in recent years. With this new acquisition, the company now has 50 employees on site and 3 locations.
