Following several successful acquisitions in Belgium, IT company Easi is expanding its presence in the Luxembourg market with the acquisition of Kozalys. Founded in 2010, the company excels in the consultancy and implementation of Business Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions. An expertise that Easi already possesses, but mainly in Belgium. After Wallonia and Flanders, it is now tackling the Luxembourg market.
Strategy built around high value-added services
In a context where data is accumulating at times uncontrollably, and the complexity of its exploitation is increasing, few companies can easily target the information they need to make strategic decisions. « Today, effective analysis and optimal governance of company data are essential. Clear ambitions in the field
Easi is a Belgian company currently employing over 500 people. Already present in Luxembourg, this acquisition enables Easi to double its workforce in the country. In addition to their shared values, the two companies are above all complementary. « We already have a diversified customer base in Luxembourg. Today, it's mainly Adfinity, our accounting and management solution, which is enjoying growing success. With the introduction of Kozalys, we will be able to develop the entire ‘Data’ branch, which is a perfect complement to Adfinity. We look forward to continuing the growth of our Luxembourg entity thanks to Kozalys », adds Ludovic Michaux. Easi's ambitions are therefore clear: it wants to become the market leader in Belgium and Luxembourg for software and services linked to enterprise data analysis and governance. Between now and 2025, Easi hopes to hire around twenty new employees, to reach a total of 50 in its Luxembourg entity. In the meantime, it will be able to count on the cutting-edge expertise of Kozalys employees to support it in this new challenge.
