This Microsoft Copilot training for end users is a hands-on, practical program in which participants learn how to use Copilot to work faster, communicate more effectively, and generate insights more efficiently — fully integrated into the modern Microsoft 365 workplace.
After building a solid foundation, we dive deeper into personal workflows and use cases, ensuring that each participant leaves with at least one concrete process they can immediately apply and further optimize with AI.

Session 1
- What is Microsoft Copilot and how does it work within your Microsoft 365 environment?
- What can Copilot do — and what can it (not yet) do?
- How do you use Copilot safely, reliably, and responsibly?
- Best practices for professional prompting
- Introduction to Copilot agents
- Hands-on:
- We build reusable prompts together based on your own use cases (prompt gallery)
- We identify valuable processes per participant and develop them together into practical workflows
Session 2
- Copilot in the daily Microsoft 365 apps: Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Copilot as your assistant during and after meetings
- How Copilot helps you summarize long email threads and make faster decisions
- Visualizing data and generating insights with Copilot
- Working with Copilot Memory: teaching Copilot your preferences and work style
- Hands-on:
- Translating all these capabilities into your own role and responsibilities
- Further refining and optimizing the process developed in the previous session
