Vlerick Business School, in collaboration with 'Great Place To Work', the global expert in organizational culture, has named Easi the Best Workplace in Belgium for the 12th consecutive year, breaking an all-time record. In 2025, the company made its debut in the new XL category (>500 employees) given that its number of employees currently stands at 682. This award further highlights the Belgian IT firm’s dedication to its employees’ well-being and professional growth.
Every year, Vlerick and “Great Place to Work” release a list of the 'Best Workplaces in Belgium'. This ranking is based on a comprehensive survey of employees from participating companies, measuring their sense of trust, pride, and teamwork within the organization; factors that make up 75% of the total score. The remaining 25% comes from a thorough evaluation of the company’s culture and operational practices. In 2026, IT company Easi, with offices in Nivelles and Leuven, once again secured the top position.
Second success in new XL category
For this edition, Easi competed for the second time in the XL category. « This 12th victory is first and foremost a victory for our employees. Growing this fast, surpassing the milestone of 500 and then 600 employees while maintaining a satisfaction rate of 97% proves that our model works. Our recent acquisitions in Luxembourg and in the telecom sector show that performance and a strong human-centric culture are not mutually exclusive, on the contrary, they reinforce one another.
