Creating value through an integrated approach: The Steel Shed case

At Easi, we are convinced that our 'humanized technology' approach is built on a key principle: our ability to support our clients holistically by combining all of our areas of expertise. A recent project carried out with Steel Shed perfectly illustrates our mission: becoming our customers’ 360° IT partner.

Steel Shed is a fast-growing group based in Luxembourg. It designs and sells online ready-to-assemble metal buildings. Since its creation in 2001, the company has experienced significant growth. Today, Steel Shed employs around 140 people, generates more than €50 million in revenue, and, on May 13, 2026, launched a new brand dedicated to key accounts: Steel Shed for Business.

With this growth came new challenges: structuring processes, improving data reliability, and enhancing business management and performance monitoring.

Rethinking administrative processes with Salesforce

Steel Shed was already using Salesforce, but its full potential had not yet been unlocked. By optimizing the platform, our teams helped streamline administrative processes and introduce more automation. A key aspect of the project was the integration between Salesforce and Adfinity, our accounting and financial management software. Customer, order, and payment data now flows seamlessly between the sales and finance teams.

The result: fewer errors, significant time savings, and more reliable follow-up.

Structuring operations with Adfinity

At the same time, Adfinity was deployed to strengthen the group’s financial and operational management through a two-phase approach.

1. First phase focused on accounting

Rolled out in January 2025, our solution enabled the centralization of accounting processes and secured financial data. Teams now benefit from a clearer and more reliable view of their activity.

2. Second phase focused on purchasing and inventory management

Launched immediately afterwards, this phase aims to better manage purchasing flows and inventory, resulting in a smoother and more efficient organization.

Our support goes beyond the software itself. Our experts also worked closely with the teams to facilitate adoption and ensure that best practices became part of their day-to-day operations.

Turning data into insights with Spoom

The final major phase of the initial project was the implementation of Spoom.

The objective: to fully leverage data from Salesforce and Adfinity in order to build meaningful dashboards and support better decision-making.

Steel Shed now benefits from a comprehensive view of its business, combining commercial, financial, and operational data in one place.

Collaboration driving performance

This project highlights the value of a cross-functional approach, where each area of expertise contributes within a continuous framework.

Concretely, this resulted in:

  • a strong, trust-based relationship
  • an end-to-end coherent solution
  • close collaboration between teams
  • a global vision that removes silos between technical solutions

This project is a clear illustration of one thing: when expertise is mobilized from the outset around a shared objective, technology becomes a true driver of performance.
