What does a Credit Collector do?
As a Credit Collector, your role involves managing our existing client portfolio to prevent late payments.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work with our in-house accounting software, Adfinity.
You’ll be part of the Finance team, researching, assessing and monitoring outstanding balances and the creditworthiness of our clients.

What are your responsibilities as a Credit Collector?
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing the existing client portfolio to prevent late payments.
- Following up with clients and taking the necessary steps (by telephone, email or post) to resolve late payments as quickly as possible.
- Supervising the reconciliation of payments received by matching each client payment to the corresponding outstanding invoice
- Handling late payments and taking action in the event of non-payment or partial payments.
- Actively helping to reduce the period during which invoices remain outstanding and, in the event of bad debts, informing the relevant departments and consulting legal files.
- Investigating and recording issues relating to non-payment of invoices.
Who are we looking for as a Credit Collector?
Must-have:
- Fluency in spoken and written French is essential for this role
- Initial experience in the field of credit and debt collection
- Flexible, proactive and customer/service-oriented
- Ability to manage a large number of customer accounts effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to show empathy and build a relationship of trust with the customer
- Enjoy communicating over the phone
- Communicate confidently whilst remaining friendly and diplomatic

- Bilingualism (French/Dutch)
