Hiring Process

What are the different stages of the recruitment process?

Our recruitment process usually starts with a short phone screening with one of our HR colleagues. This initial conversation allows us to get to know each other better and explore which role best matches your ambitions, skills and interests.

Next, you'll have one or more interviews with your future colleagues and/or manager.

If we both feel it's a great match, we'll prepare a personalised offer and go through it together.

How long will it take before I hear back about my application?

We aim to get back to every candidate as quickly as possible.

If you haven't heard from us within two weeks of submitting your application, you can assume that we have decided not to move forward with your application.

Can I submit a spontaneous application?

Absolutely!

Don't see a vacancy that perfectly matches your profile, but believe you could bring real value to Easi? We'd be happy to receive your spontaneous application.

Visit our spontaneous application page and tell us more about your skills, experience and what you'd like to contribute.

Do I need an IT degree to work at Easi?

Not necessarily. It depends on the role you're applying for. At Easi, we hire both IT and business professionals across a wide range of fields, including consulting, sales, marketing, HR and finance.

The requirements vary from one position to another and are always clearly listed under the "Must-haves" section of each vacancy.

Above all, we value motivated, curious people with strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn.

Flexibility & Work-Life Balance

Can I work from home?

Yes. Depending on your role, level and team, there may be opportunities to work from home part of the time.

We believe in flexibility, but we also value in-person contact and collaboration at the office.

Are flexible working hours possible?

Yes. We understand that everyone has their own rhythm and personal life. That’s why many teams offer flexibility in working hours, always in agreement with your manager and taking customers and colleagues into account.

Can I work part-time?

That depends on the role and the needs of the team.

We’re happy to explore the possibilities together.

Are there opportunities for freelancers?

Easi primarily works with permanent employees and consciously builds its culture around that: collaboration, knowledge sharing and long-term growth.

Freelancers may be involved in specific projects or for temporary expertise in some cases, but this is rather exceptional and not the core of our business model.

Yes. We encourage our colleagues to explore and develop their talents.

As your interests and ambitions evolve, we're happy to look at the internal opportunities that best match your goals.
