Why did you choose SmartSales?
"We already had an app before SmartSales, but it was not optimally linked to our back-end service. There was still a lot of paperwork to be done. We really needed an app to register our orders so that we wouldn't have to write this down on paper and send it by fax later. So we had different goals. On the one hand, we wanted to digitize. All orders and technical sheets for example, but also our catalogs. On the other hand, we wanted a customer follow-up to be smoother and easier. By bringing our entire process together in one system, we now manage that very well. Our back-end no longer has to wait and has a real-time view of the current situation."

How was the app received by the sales reps?
"Very well. SmartSales is very user-friendly. Our sales representatives are of all ages and they got away with it immediately. You notice that the user-friendliness has also been extended to the web manager. Even to the extent that I hardly had to give any training to the back office. Everybody started working with it right away."
Which features are most interesting to you?
"The documents are a very interesting feature in the application. Our representatives can always show customers the latest version of documents or technical datasheets of the products. They also use this feature to show presentations and movies of the products. It is very easy to highlight certain things and then immediately forward them to the customer by e-mail."

"The planning module is also very popular. At the push of a button, our sales reps can easily make an appointment, which is linked to a specific customer.
