Job description
As a member of the Easi Experience team, you play an essential role in the planning, coordination and execution of various events. This in addition to your responsibility for graphic design (a.o. Canva), social media, internal communication, employer branding and corporate social responsibility (CSR) in Flanders. Your dynamic, organized personality and proactive approach make you the right person to complete our dream team.

Responsibilities
Your work is very versatile and covers all of our Flemish sites. After following a customized training you will be responsible for:
- Organizing and planning internal events together with different Easi departments: teambuildings, our annual company celebration, company trips...
- Manage communication on the intranet of Easi
- Creating content on social media: photos, videos, interviews...
- Designing visuals in collaboration with our in-house expert
- Propose and develop ideas regarding CSR: partnerships and sponsorships
- ...
Your tasks don't stop there... New ideas and improvements are more than welcome. Creativity, innovation and proactivity are appreciated.
Profile
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or (event)management
- 0-2 years of experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong social skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Flexibility in supporting events in the evening or weekends
- Flexibility to work from all our Flemish sites
- Creative jack-of-all-trades
- In-depth knowledge of the tool Canva & Adobe Suite (Première Pro, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Nice-to-have:
- Good knowledge of the tool Illustrator and Photoshop
- Good knowledge of French and English
- Affinitet with Microsoft Excel
