Each Career Day takes place at our offices. After a welcome speech by our CEOs and a short introductory presentation, we dive into your personal planning: an interview with your future manager, an Easi quiz and a few testimonials of what a Day in the Life of a Consultant, Sales, Software Developer or System Engineer looks like. We end the day with food & drinks together with your potential future colleagues.

After a brief call, we can determine if you're a good fit for Easi. Ideally, we meet in person at our office to explain what you can expect from Easi: Best Place to Work, core business, consultancy, company culture, and more. We'll also discuss our expectations of you and identify the role that best suits your skills and aspirations. Then, it's on to the next round!

Manager Meeting

During an interview with your future manager, you can ask all your questions and receive a detailed explanation of the job responsibilities, team composition, growth opportunities, and more. Depending on the position you’re applying for, we may also ask you to solve a business case to test your skills.

Personalized offer

If both parties are convinced of the match, we will prepare a personalized proposal for you, which we will review together. This proposal will cover practical details regarding your onboarding, start date, base location, team members, and more. Additionally, it will include a salary calculation outlining what you can expect at Easi. Afterward, we will send you the contract for signing. Looking forward to welcoming you aboard soon!
