As a Business Consultant for our solutions Adfinity and Smartsales, your mission is to implement these solutions with our clients and configure them according to their specific needs. You will not manage a single client on a long term basis, but many different clients and projects at the same time

Every client is different and we have more than 800 clients in totally different sectors and domains. So you could be working at a soccer club one day and at a hospital the next.

Responsibilities

After a thorough training by our best experts in the field, where you will learn how our applications work and what their functionalities are, you will:

  • Participate in the implementation of our Adfinity or Smartsales solutions on site with our customers
  • Configure the tool(s) so that it perfectly meets the client's needs
  • Analyze and evaluate customer needs for specific requests
  • Independently manage your schedule, as well as a portfolio of about fifteen clients
  • Maintain a strong relationship with our clients through your professional advice
  • Give standardized trainings to our clients on how to use the tools
  • Follow up the projects on a weekly basis under the supervision of a project manager

Description

 

Must-have:

  • Master's degree, ideally in management, economics or IT
  • Ability to think out of the box and take initiative
  • Strong social skills
  • Be customer oriented, love customer contact
  • Be willing to go to customers 2 to 3 days a week
  • Be a Swiss army knife and enjoy multi-project management
  • Team player
  • Be able to make customer calls
  • Maximum 2 years of experience

 
Nice-to-have:

  • Affinity with IT
  • Able to spot extra opportunities
  • Have an analytical mind
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Good knowledge of French and English
  • Limited experience in a similar function
