Description
As a Junior Sales Engineer in our Microsoft team, your mission is to identify new clients in Wallonia and Brussels, and support them in overcoming their digital challenges.
No need to be an IT expert! What we’re really looking for is a commercial mindset: someone curious, with an interest in the IT world, a natural feel for technology, and the willingness to learn in the field.
But let’s get concrete:
What will you actually be selling?
At Easi, we are a Microsoft Solutions Partner in five key areas: Modern Work, Security, Azure Infrastructure, Data & AI, and Business Applications.
Here’s a quick overview of what you’ll offer your future clients:
- Modern Workplace (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Valo, Nintex): to improve collaboration and automate internal processes.
- Security: to strengthen cybersecurity, protect sensitive data, and manage identities.
- Cloud Infrastructure (Microsoft Azure): to modernize IT infrastructure and support cloud migration.
- Data & Artificial Intelligence (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot): to turn data into actionable insights and automate workflows.
- Business Applications: custom development through the Power Platform.
- Microsoft Licensing Management: optimization and guidance to keep costs under control.
And if you like the sound of the job, why not do it at Belgium’s Best Workplace… every year since 2015?
Responsibilities
After an intensive training through our Sales School and several on-the-field immersions alongside one of our Senior Sales, you’ll be ready to spread your wings and take full ownership of the end-to-end sales cycle:
1. Prospecting
You identify new potential clients and reach out to them directly. You’re always on the lookout for new opportunities.
2. Needs Qualification
You ask the right questions, listen actively, and build a tailored value proposition that fits the specific needs of each prospect.
3. Personalized Presentation
You present your solution to key decision-makers (often C-level), adapting your message to their business reality. You adjust the offer if needed to prepare for the negotiation phase.
4. Negotiation
You define your negotiation strategy internally with the team, then handle the client discussion autonomously, taking into account pricing margins and contract terms.
5. Contract Signature
Time to celebrate – your prospect becomes a client!
6. Project Kick-off Follow-up
You stay closely connected with our project managers and consultants to ensure a smooth handover and guarantee the quality of the onboarding process.
You'll also build strong relationships with our key strategic partners (Microsoft, Dell, IBM, Arrow ECS, TechData…) to always stay on top of market opportunities.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our presales and technical teams to co-build custom IT solutions that match your prospects’ expectations.
You’ll collaborate daily with presales engineers, project managers, system engineers, and many other colleagues who will help you reach both your individual and team objectives.
