What does Easi stand for? ▲
Enterprise applications and services integration.
It is pronounced /ˈiː.zi/
That should be simple from now on 😊
What do my first weeks at Easi look like? ▲
Your first day kicks off with breakfast and an information session with the HR team. Following a midday lunch with your manager, you'll begin your technical onboarding for your specific role at Easi. You'll participate in the Adfinity, Smart, MIT or Sales school, where you'll not only learn theoretical concepts (such as obtaining certificates) but also have the opportunity to shadow a senior colleague in practice almost immediately.
You're now fully onboarded, but that doesn't mean the training stops there! Throughout your career, you'll be required to complete a series of trainings tailored to your role and level. Additionally, you can suggest extra trainings or certifications you believe would add value to your skill set.
Where are Easi's offices? ▲
We currently have eight offices across the Benelux:
- Nivelles
- Leuven
- Liège
- Ghent
- Ronse
- Genk
- 's Hertogenbosch (NL)
- Luxemburg (LU)

Can I work as a freelancer? ▲
Unfortunately, Easi does not work with freelancers in a standard way. Everything we do, both with clients as well as employees, is with a long-term scope in mind.
What trainings are foreseen? ▲
We believe in lifelong learning. This means that training isn't limited to your onboarding period. Throughout your entire career at Easi, you can expect ongoing learning opportunities, including training sessions from colleagues, e-learning courses, certifications, and other educational resources.
Over time, you will also be responsible for sharing your knowledge with our junior colleagues.
Additionally, we have developed our own Easi Academy, a platform that allows you to continuously build on the knowledge you acquire.
What about work-life balance at Easi? ▲
A healthy work-life balance is paramount for every employee. However, it's crucial to acknowledge that business operations often involve fluctuations, with periods of high activity and quieter times. During busy periods and when deadlines loom, we expect all our employees to go the extra mile to ensure project success for our clients. Conversely, you will be able to recharge your batteries during less heavy periods.
Simultaneously, we strongly believe in meritocracy: at Easi, the rewards are equal to your efforts. Those who invest more in their careers can expect faster progression. Essentially, you reap what you sow.
Do I need to have a bachelor's degree in IT to be able to work at Easi? ▲
Yes and no! You do not need a diploma in IT if you want to work in a business-related job such as Sales Engineer or Business Consultant. In fact, most of our colleagues have a bachelor's or master's degree in business/economics.
For our more technical jobs such as Software Developer or System Engineer, we do expect you to have at least a bachelor's diploma in IT. Are you an experienced profile? Your experience might make up for not having a diploma!
What makes Easi stand out from the competition? ▲
Shareholdership, humanized approach, fun colleagues, real growth opportunities, transparency, Best Workplace, investing in employees, excellence, positivity ...
