As a Junior Internal Sales, your mission is to use your commercial mindset & analytical skills to service existing customers and support them with their IT challenges. Existing customers come to you with different questions. This can be about the maintenance of their hardware, about Microsoft licenses, about IT-related purchases, ... In short: plenty of variety!

Job discription

After thorough training from our Senior colleague, you will be responsible for:

  • Relational management: you will act as a single-point-of-contact for all types of inquiries from our customers. In addition to traditionally answering emails & phone calls, you will visit clients at regular intervals. In short, you build a relationship that makes the customer see you as their first point of contact. 
  • Administration: you request prices, make up and process orders ...
  • Contracts: renewing expiring contracts
  • Sales support: providing support to Sales in drawing up quotes and developing more complex quotations

Profile

Must-have:

  • Maximum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Very good knowledge of Dutch
  • Proactive
  • Autonomous
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Solution-minded & commercial attitude
  • Result-oriented

 

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience working with clients in the IT sector
  • Ambitious
  • Affinity with IT
  • Very good knowledge of English and good knowledge of French
