As a Junior Account Executive for the Security department, your mission is to use your commercial skills to find new customers and support them with their IT challenges. In this way, you will build your own portfolio of customers and maintain long-term commercial relationships with them.

Initially, you will receive intensive training through our Sales School and accompany one of our Seniors in the field during his/her commercial calls. 

After that, you will be responsible for:
The entire sales cycle from A to Z:

  • Prospecting: you search and identify potential customers and contact them directly. You constantly look for new opportunities
  • Qualification of needs: you ask questions, actively listen and build a customized solution that adds value and meets the prospect's needs
  • Customized demo: you present the solution in detail to the customer and adapt it according to the questions and needs
  • Negotiation: in advance you discuss with your manager the negotiation strategy and your possible margins. During negotiations, you can discuss the terms of the contract autonomously with your future client.
  • Signing the contract: bingo! The prospect becomes your client ;-)
  • Start-up follow-up: you are in constant contact with the Easi project managers for a qualitative follow-up of your sales and a smooth transfer to the consultants.

Building strong relationships with key people at our manufacturers and suppliers
Identify prospect needs and - in collaboration with our Presales & Technical team - develop a customized solution in line with our IT solutions
Collaborate with all your colleagues (Presales, PM, System Engineers,...) to achieve your objectives
Achieve objectives (both personally and as a team).
Depending on your ambitions and skills, you can develop in different directions: Team Leader (leading a team) or Expert (becoming a real expert in your field).



  • Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in management, business administration, economics or IT
