As a Presales Engineer it is your responsibility to help both internal as well as external parties get a grip of the technical requirements and feasibility of projects. In other words, you are the bridge between our clients and our ambitious Sales teams, divided into:

In this position you will be able to continuously develop your technical knowledge thanks to the various projects in which you will be involved. As a Presales Engineer you are part of our Managed IT Solutions (MIT) team.


 In the first place:

  • You will receive intensive training on the IT solutions that you will help sell and implement
  • You will accompany Senior Sales representatives on their customer visits
  • You will follow-up on the input from and presentations towards our customers

This period requires a great personal commitment to learn the knowledge and methods you need to excel in the position of Presales Engineer.

As your training progresses, you will increasingly become acquainted with the core of the position:

  • You participate in meetings and map customers' environments
  • Based on your research, you formulate and proactively propose the best solutions from Easi
  • You help our sales representatives with the technical development of a suitable, tailor-made quotation
  • You have meanwhile always been in contact with the Sales & project managers at Easi to provide good quality follow-up for your customers



  • Bachelor or Master in Business or IT
  • Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally in shared infrastructure management for multiple customers
  • Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, Cloud, Security and other IT-related domains
  • Very good knowledge of English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Commercial mindset, having a customer-centred focus
  • Excellent communication skills


Nice to have

  • Experience in project management
  • Capable of spotting new commercial opportunities
  • Analytical mindset
  • Good knowledge of French
