Description

As a Junior Customer Developer, your mission involves developing customized solutions for our clients. Your job is not limited to programming alone. You also have a consulting aspect where you will meet with clients to identify their needs and translate them into technical deliverables. You will then leverage your consulting skills to build strong relationships and act as an advisor to provide high-value service. This role requires a deep understanding of technologies relevant to client needs.

Responsibilities

Upon arrival, you will receive thorough training and personalised coaching based on your skills to learn:

  • Programming languages we use for development
  • All functionalities of our applications
  • Best practices during client interactions

After this training, you will be expected to:

  • Develop, test, and deploy customized applications using programming languages such as Windev, .net, C-sharp, Python, PHP, or other relevant technologies.
  • Maintain and support developed applications, addressing client requests and performing updates as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal and client IT teams.
  • Stay updated on trends and emerging technologies in custom software development and propose improvements to various clients.

Profile

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT Passionate about IT and related fields
  • Good knowledge of programming languages and open to learning new ones
  • Business-oriented, interested in the functional aspect of development
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and listening skills
  • Proactive Team player

 

Nice-to-have:

  • Existing knowledge of Angular, Java, Go, PHP, .NET, Windev, SQL
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Bilingual FR/NL
