The challenges

Liège Airport wanted an ERP that evolves as quickly as its activities and infrastructure, which was not the case with the previous management software.

The need

A financial ERP that quickly adapts to the company's developments and activities. The software also needed to be easy to use for occasional users.

The solution

Adfinity was adapted to the needs and activities of Liège Airport. With 15,000 invoices processed per year, they needed a tool that enhances digitalization, reporting, and real estate management at the airport.

As part of the launch of Adfinity at Liege Airport, Easi was asked to create a video capsule for the airport employees. The goal was to present Adfinity, our financial and accounting management software, through an interview with Thomas Delfosse, Management Controller at Liege Airport, and our colleague, Julien Caels, Business Consultant. This enriching experience provided a key testimony in the aviation sector, showcasing the adaptability of our software.

An evolving ERP

“We had been using an ERP for 12 years, but it hadn't evolved much during that time. In contrast, over this period, Liege Airport has significantly evolved in terms of its structure and activities. We concluded that it might be time to switch to a more modern ERP solution,” explains Thomas Delfosse.

Liege Airport handles approximately 15,000 invoices per year. In this context, Adfinity enhances digitalization, provides quality reporting, and is accessible to around a hundred users.

“We transitioned to a much more user-friendly, entirely web-based platform, which is a significant difference from what we had before. We really focused on making the tool as user-friendly as possible, especially for occasional users,” adds Thomas Delfosse.

Adfinity: A tool for all your activities

The project at Liege Airport came to fruition after seven months of work, led by our colleague, Julien Caels, Business Consultant at Easi.

“Adfinity is a centralized tool that manages numerous processes and aspects, such as accounting, purchasing management, and the integration of sector-specific data. For Liege Airport, this also includes managing commercial flights and associated billing, as well as real estate management, which is also one of their core businesses. With Adfinity, they can manage all financial and commercial aspects centrally,” he explains.

Another advantage of Adfinity is that it can evolve over time. The platform can indeed be improved each year based on user feedback, allowing Easi and its clients to stay at the forefront of innovation.
