As a Junior Accounting Consultant in our Accounting Consultant Traineeship, you will have the unique opportunity to discover the world of Accounting 2.0, at the crossroads of numbers and business strategy. During this intensive 3-month program, you will receive comprehensive training and be guided in the field by our experienced Accounting Consultants. This immersion will allow you to gain valuable hands-on experience and determine if a career in accounting consulting is the right path for you.

You will learn how to optimize the use of this tool while developing a global understanding of our clients' financial challenges.
This role also opens up new horizons, far from the traditional path of classic encoding in fiduciary services. With us, you will be directly immersed in client issues, with a strategic and business-oriented vision, allowing you to develop skills that go far beyond traditional accounting.
Responsibilities
During the Accounting Consultant Traineeship, you will be involved in the entire accounting and strategic cycle. Here are the responsibilities that will be entrusted to you:
- Multi-sector Financial Support:
Discover the accounting world of various clients in healthcare, construction, sports, and more, and support them in their daily challenges. - Optimization of Adfinity Usage:
Train clients on the tool, guide them in its configuration, and assist them in optimizing their financial processes. - Analysis and Validation of Financial Data:
Participate in accounting closings, validate accounts and annexes while ensuring compliance with standards. - Reconciliation and Audits:
Conduct regular, monthly, and quarterly checks to ensure the reliability of information. - Financial Reports and KPIs:
Develop detailed reports to evaluate the financial performance of clients. - Field Support:
Be on the move 3 to 4 days a week to strengthen client relationships and provide personalized support. - ...
Profile
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a Master's in Management with a focus on Finance, Auditing, or similar fields.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Ability to analyze figures with precision and propose innovative solutions.
- Curiosity and proactivity to understand client challenges and provide relevant advice.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients.
- Willingness to travel to clients 2 to 3 days a week for close support.
Nice-to-have:
- Bilingual in French/Dutch.
