As a Customer Experience Engineer, you’ll play a key role in supporting end-users and resolving their IT-related issues. You’ll join our Managed IT Solutions (MITS) team and learn how to switch effortlessly between technical troubleshooting and customer communication.

Responsibilities

After a thorough onboarding and custom training, you will be able to:

  • Respond to incoming calls and emails from end-users in a professional and efficient manner
  • Deepen your knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Intune, Exchange, Microsoft Defender
  • Resolve IT tickets such as: resetting passwords, fixing printer issues, creating user accounts, solving VPN and application issues, managing and installing laptops, and more
  • Provide 1st line support
  • Document technical issues and the solutions you implement
  • Help customers both remotely and sometimes on-site
  • Troubleshoot bugs, network issues, hardware failures, etc.
  • Suggest improvements to standard procedures and processes
  • Be reachable by phone during office hours for user support
  • Work toward relevant certifications — with time and support provided during your internship

Profile

Must-have:

  • Native Dutch or French speaker with a good command of the other language and fluent in English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 & Windows Server
  • Problem-solving mindset with strong organizational and listening skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude
  • Strong communication skills and a love for customer interaction
  • Willingness to learn and a curiosity for technical problem-solving

Nice-to-have:

  • Curious, proactive and independent mindset
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (B)
