Description
As a Medior/Senior Data Consultant in the Data4Decisions department, you will play a key role in transforming data into strategic levers for our clients. With your experience, you will be able to design, develop, and manage advanced BI solutions, mainly on Microsoft BI-Fabric-Power BI and/or Qlik Sense, while supporting clients in optimizing their decision-making.
In addition to MS BI and Qlik, you will also discover Spoom, the BI solution developed in-house by Easi, which offers a personalized and integrated approach to our environment. This diversity of tools will allow you to approach BI from different angles and enrich your understanding of business issues.
Contact with customers and technical analysis will be an important part of your daily work. This is a unique hybrid role that requires both business and technical skills. You will work on high value-added projects, either independently or as a technical advisor, and actively contribute to the development of our BI offering.

Responsibilities
After joining our teams, you will be responsible for:
- Gathering and analyzing complex business needs of clients
- Structuring and modeling data (ETL, DWH, BI architecture) reported from a line
- Designing and developing interactive and high-performance dashboards on MS BI-Power BI and/or Qlik
- Ensure the quality, consistency, and security of the data handled
- Supervise or support more junior profiles on projects
- Participate in defining internal BI standards and continuously improving tools
- Be a source of proposals for technical and functional developments
- Contribute to customer relations as a BI expert
Profile
Must have:
- Proven experience as a BI Consultant
- Advanced proficiency in MS BI-Fabric-Power BI and/or Qlik Sense
- Strong skills in SQL, ETL, and DWH modeling (SQL, SSIS/SSAS, Talend, Qlik scripting, etc.)
- Ability to work independently, proactively, and in project mode
- Analytical mind and customer service skills
- Ability to supervise junior profiles
- Pre-sales and tender response skills
- Higher education (Master's degree or equivalent) in data, business analytics, IT, etc.
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of other BI tools (Tableau, Cognos, etc.)
- Skills in programming languages (Python, R, C#, etc.)
