You will join our growing Microsoft Delivery team, responsible for delivering various Microsoft projects for our clients.
This internship consists of both a project assignment (which can serve as a bachelor's thesis) and various practical tasks.

Responsibilities
Your internship consists of two parts: a main project you can fully dedicate yourself to, and several practical, real-world assignments — the ideal combination for an exciting internship!
Project assignment
During your project, you will focus on implementing an automation or process within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on security. The exact assignment will be defined in consultation with you, to ensure we arrive at a meaningful and rewarding outcome.
Practical tasks
These are designed to familiarize you with various aspects of a role as a system/technical engineer. The tasks will be diverse and tailored during the internship based on active projects at that time. All tasks will be carried out under the guidance of your internship mentor.
During your internship, you'll get exposure to a wide range of IT domains, including system management, cloud solutions like Microsoft Azure, security aspects (to keep our clients’ environments safe), migrations, and more.
Under the guidance of our experienced Engineers and Project Managers, you will learn to:
- Design and implement Microsoft-based IT infrastructure
- Focus on security aspects in customer environments, including working with Microsoft Defender and Microsoft Sentinel
- Manage and maintain systems with a focus on Microsoft Server and Cloud solutions
- Perform assessments of Microsoft environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents
- Test and adapt new configurations/features in a virtual lab environment, and implement them in production at the client
- Explore the full Microsoft ecosystem: Microsoft Defender, M365, Azure, Intune, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.
Profile
Must-haves:
- Willingness to learn
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an IT-related field
- Social and communicative personality
- Fluent in Dutch (C2 level)
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 products
- Interest in the security aspect of cloud solutions
Nice-to-haves:
- Experience with PowerShell scripting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra
- Understanding of Identity Management
- Familiarity with Windows Server infrastructure
