Metaphisa

Metaphisa is an SPRL that has been involved in human resources since 2004 (recruitment, assessments, skills management etc.) and more specifically in so-called “soft skills”.

For the last few years, the company has also been involved in outplacement (helping people who have been made redundant find a new job) and career coaching to help people achieve their goals.

Manager Isabelle Notéris tells us about her experience of using SmartDrive.

“The initial purpose of SmartDrive was to be able to do backups and have access to my data wherever I am. I chose Easi because it is a secure solution and I really trusted the person I spoke to. The product seemed to suit my needs well. The fact that the servers are in Belgium was also an important factor, as it was comforting to know. I know that if there is a problem, I just have to pick up the phone.

As I’m not very techy, the Easi team really helped me when it came to installation, and I felt like I had plenty of support.

Ultimately, the solution gave me real peace of mind as I don’t need to worry about backups and access to data anymore. Wherever I am in the world, I can answer an urgent question if I need to, and that’s very important for me.”

For the moment, Metaphisa is only using SmartDrive for backups, but in future, Isabelle Notéris plans to use it much more:

“I also intend to use it to share files and documents, especially when it comes to outplacement work. SmartDrive will help me grow by sharing data with my colleagues.”
