Description
As a Customer Experience Engineer, your mission is to use your analytical and technical skills to identify and understand specific customer needs.
You will be responsible for solving end-user technical problems. Customer contact and technical problem solving are an important part of your daily work. As a Customer Experience Engineer, you will be part of our Managed IT Solutions (MITS) team.

Responsibilities
After in-depth bespoke training, you will be capable of the following:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from end users
- Handle tickets that further help the customer: recovering passwords, fixing printer problems, creating users, fixing VPN issues, solving application problems, managing and installing laptops, etc.
- Documenting problems & the solution worked out
- Help both remote and on premise customers with their problems
- Troubleshooting to fix bugs, network issues, hardware failures fixes
- Improve standard processes & procedures
- Delve into Microsoft technologies: intune, exchange, microsoft-defender,
- You are available to end users (by phone) during office hours
You will also be given the opportunity to obtain various certificates. You will also be given the necessary time and space for this.
Profile
Must-have:
- Dutch or French on a native level with a good level of the other language and with a very good level of English
- Driving licence B
- Experience with M365 & Windows Server
- Good problem-solving, organisational and listening skills
- Very good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
- Be communicative and enjoy customer contact
- Eagerness to learn and delve into technical problems
- 0 to 5 years of experience in a similar position
