Best Workplace 2025

Vlerick Business School, in collaboration with 'Great Place To Work', the global expert in organizational culture, has named Easi the Best Workplace in Belgium for the 11th consecutive year. In 2025, the company made its debut in the XL category (>500 employees) and immediately claimed the top prize: that is an absolute first in Great Place to Work history! This recognition once again confirms the Belgian IT company’s commitment to the well-being and career development of its employees.

Each year, Vlerick and ‘Great Place to Work’ publish a ranking of the 'Best Workplaces in Belgium'. This is based on an extensive survey conducted among employees of participating companies, assessing their perceptions of trust, pride, and camaraderie within their organization—factors that account for 75% of the total score. The remaining 25% is determined by an in-depth audit of the company’s culture and processes. In 2025, IT company Easi, headquartered in Nivelles and Leuven, once again claimed the top spot.

Immediate success in new XL category

For this edition, Easi competed for the first time in the XL category for companies with more than 500 employees. With an employee satisfaction rate of 97%, it immediately outperformed several well-established names. The new category reflects Easi’s growth ambitions, as the company aims to reach 750 employees by 2026. This expansion is a natural evolution for the company, which continues to grow through both internal and external growth. This is evident from the 11 acquisitions Easi has made since 2018.

“At Easi, we believe that innovation and boldness are the driving forces behind our success. Our employees are not just workers; they are pioneers who push boundaries every day”, explains Jean-François Herremans, co-CEO of Easi. “Winning this award for the 11th consecutive year proves that our bold vision, our values, and our culture of excellence are the keys to our success”, adds Jean-François Herremans.

Impact of the Great Place to Work label

Since 2015, Easi has participated in the ‘Best Workplace’ competition. Year after year, this recognition has proven to be much more than just a title—it has a real impact on the reputation of the participating companies. In 2024, for example, Easi recorded an impressive 65% increase in spontaneous job applications. Winning this title for the 11th time is already a remarkable achievement, but this substantial increase highlights the significant impact that the Great Place to Work label can have on recruitment. It helps create a work environment that naturally and sustainably attracts talent.

“In the IT market, attracting and retaining talent is crucial. Our HR efforts allow us to attract top talent, which directly impacts our growth”, says Thomas Van Eeckhout, co-CEO at Easi. This also benefits customers. “Our clients recognize the value of the Great Place to Work label and see us as a partner that offers continuity and stability, in addition to access to technical expertise”, concludes Thomas Van Eeckhout.
