The need

With over 700 missions per year, the volume of information to process and organize is considerable. On top of that comes administrative management and invoicing. To meet these challenges, Eklo needed a solution that was highly modular, customizable, and scalable, while remaining efficient and easy to use.
 

The solution

Salesforce has become Eklo’s central platform for project management. From the first contact to invoicing, all key information is centralized. The integration with Adfinity, Easi’s accounting and financial software, also enables automatic invoice generation, avoiding double data entry and boosting productivity.

"From the very first contact, all essential information is centralized in Salesforce: client communications, service offers, project managers, and progress tracking. Each team member logs the time spent on each mission, which facilitates real-time monitoring. Once the project is completed, this data is used to automatically generate invoices.
