Can I start using SmartSales on my own?

Our experts will be happy to take as much time as necessary to show you around the platform, and they will need to personally set up your account before you can start using it. We don't offer a one-size-fits-all solution because every customer is different and deserves a personalized onboarding plan. Our teams are there to help you start up and will follow up on your project from the start until the go-live. After the go-live, our helpdesk team stays available. 

In which languages is SmartSales available?

SmartSales is available in more than ten languages, among others: English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish, Slovak, Turkish, Czech, Polish, Portuguese and Italian. The list of languages is growing every month. Please contact us to know if your language is on our roadmap.

Yes! Our consultants have over 20 years of experience in migrating and transferring data from other systems to our software applications. Your best guarantee for a flawless start-up.

Can SmartSales work with my current applications?

Yes. This is one of our biggest strength. We have already created countless interfaces for customers using the most used CRM’s, Office applications and logistics platforms. Can I talk to someone?

Certainly. We believe in a close partnership with our customers. If you need to contact someone directly, you can call our customer support team during business hours or you can create a ticket through our extranet
